Regarding the Parish Photo Directory
Q1: Can our family only include a photo, without our address and phone number?
A1: Sure. Families can choose to include: 1) all or a portion of their contact information, 2) only a photo, or 3) both a photo and contact info. Option 3 will be the preferred default, unless otherwise advised by parishioner.

Q3: Why is Holy Cross doing a Photo Directory? Isn’t it an invasion of privacy?
A3: Holy Cross is focused on growing our parish and enhancing our sense of community. One way to do that is by helping each other match names and faces of our fellow parishioners. If you are inclined to send cards on holidays and special occasions, you will have contact information needed to do so. Families may also opt out of participating.

Q4: Will my information be sold to any advertising or marketing firms or the like?
A4: Absolutely not. We take parishioner privacy seriously and would never sell contact information to anyone.

Q5: Who can buy a Parish Photo Directory?
A5: Only registered parishioners will have the opportunity to purchase a directory. If you would like to become registered, please contact the Rectory at 215-438-2921 or email Veronica Alvarado at holycrossdev140@gmail.com.

Q6: How do I submit an ad to be included in the directory?
A6: Submission and order forms are available via online form here. Checks made payable to Holy Cross (memo should indicate: Directory Ad or Directory Order) may be dropped off a church in offertory basket or at the Rectory. Deadline for submittals is August 20th 2020.

Pricing for Personal Testimonial, Dedication, Memorial Tribute or Business Advertisement*

  • 1/8 page (business card size) $25
  • 1/4 page (quarter page size) $50
  • 1/2 page (half page size) $100  + FREE copy of directory
  • Whole page size $200 + FREE copy of directory
    * All advertisements subject to approval. Photos and graphics may be included in these submissions.

Q7: How much does it cost to submit a Personal Testimonial, Dedication, Memorial Tribute or Business Advertisement?
A7: Pricing for Personal Testimonial, Dedication, Memorial Tribute or Business Advertisement* is a follows:

  • 1/8 page (business card size) $25
  • 1/4 page (quarter page size) $50
  • 1/2 page (half page size) $100  + FREE copy of directory
  • Whole page size $200  + FREE copy of directory

Q8: I did not have a professional photo taken through the church, may I still submit my own photo
A8: Yes, we encourage you to send in your photo to be included in the Parish Photo Directory. Please make sure it is saved as a jpg or gif in the highest resolution possible. Photos should be oriented horizontally. Deadline for submitting photos is August 20th 2020. Submission and order forms are available via online form here.
